New England Conservatory is great but not super awesome. Let's expose all the gibber jabber yabber and stir things up in the name of "NEC RULZ!" Let's make our school the most righteous hang for me, you and all.
Beethoven was cool of course but those Beaser "Mountain Songs" performed by Eliot Fisk and Paula Robison were absolutely ridiculous. I didn't know a guitar could do half those things and had no idea a guitar and flute could come together so beautifully and harmoniously. Yet another wonderful evening. Dazzled.

I'd love to not have to do this. This takes time and energy. I often spend my afternoons talking to faculty and meeting with staff just to get them aware of some of the horrors that take place at NEC. I love it here. You guys, the students, really make it worthwhile. I'd rather read a book, take a walk, learn a new piece, have a beer, you know. But this school needs help and we need all the support we can get!
Totally send us an E-mail in some form of English telling us how you're associated with NEC, why we should let you BloGossip and most importantly, what makes you rock so hard.
